The new world of work requires innovative thinking, so it is no wonder that it is the diverse talents and unique perspectives of our people that deliver lasting results for our clients. We'd like to introduce you to a few of our key players:
Angela Boulle

Ang is a consummate service professional, passionate about delivery and changing the lives of people. With an accomplished and diverse career, Ang's career started in the legal world before moving to the banking sector as part of a highly successful specialised finance team consulting to the corporate market. Ang performs a valuable role in TomorrowToday developing and maintaining our strategic client and partner relationships.
Aside from her life within TomorrowToday, Ang is kept busy by two young boys and one not-so-young man and weekends are usually spent in some or other physical activity or following one of many boy sports! Ang is a half marathon runner and keen cyclist both on and off the road.



Barrie Bramley

Barrie is a skilled practitioner at connecting bright young people with companies. Having previously been Head of The International Youth Development Centre, he is well known for his creative thinking and the bundles of enthusiasm he brings to any environment he works within. As a 'social software' activist, Barrie joins a technically skilled and highly experienced team as the 'creative solution finder', working with organizations to help them understand this phenomenon, and how it can be used to enhance the environment to create a more authentic conversations between their people. Barrie is a leading expert on how to get the most out of talented teams.

Collin Smith

Collin has a strong sales and marketing background, having worked in various management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. He has more recently been engaged in leading transformation, empowerment and change initiatives. Collin also served as a member of the executive committee of the DTASA and as a director of the Oral Health Marketing Foundation. Sometimes fondly referred to as 'Chuckles the Clown'. Collin's hobby is performing children's magic shows at birthday parties, shopping centres and company yearend functions.

Dean van Leeuwen

Dean is an accomplished business professional. He has worked in London for several leading banks and insurance companies since 1997 when he joined a FTSE top 30 insurance company in their strategy department. He also led and project managed the merger integration of the Group Audit, Group Finance and Marketing functions of two large banks whilst working for a big four consultancy. He has an entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit, having cycled around Madagascar raising money for charity and worked as an underwater photographer for a marine society researching Minke whales in Australia. Dean enjoys finding innovative but practical solutions for business challenges and is passionate about helping companies find better ways to deliver superior performance for all stakeholders. Dean heads up the UK and European consulting team.

Gary Bailey

Former Manchester United and England goalkeeper, Gary is a motivating and inspiring speaker. Gary joined Manchester United in 1977 and less than a year later became their number one goalkeeper, playing 373 competitive matches, playing in 2 European semi-finals and winning 2 FA cup medals. During that time, he completed a BSc in Physics in Manchester. He has also completed an MBA from Henley in Oxford. He played for England from 1978 to 1986 and was part of the 1986 world cup squad that made the quarter finals in Mexico. During the 86 world cup, Gary seriously injured his knee and retired from top class football at the comparatively young age of 28. He returned to South Africa to play for Kaizer Chiefs for 2 years during which time the team won 5 trophies. After a final retirement, Gary turned his attention to the media and became the anchor soccer presenter at Supersport, covering the 1990, 94, 98 and 2002 world cups. He was one of the ambassadors for South Africa's football world cup bid. He has been a top class speaker for the last 12 years, offering not just inspiration but also excellent take home value for the delegates using fun based multimedia. His two top presentations are GamePlan:2010 and LEAD.

Dr Graeme Codrington

Graeme is a well-respected futurist, strategist and professional speaker, He is a prolific writer, with two best-selling books published by Penguin, and he also writes for numerous journals and magazines. Having worked for KPMG, Graeme discovered he had a passion for understanding how companies connected with people from different ages. This resulted in an award winning study on Generations and forming the business consultancy, TomorrowToday. He works in a wide range of industries as a consultant and presenter and presents to over 100,000 people a year, sharing the platform with the likes of Edward de Bono, Jonas Ridderstrale and Neil Armstrong. He has a passion for helping people understand why things are changing, and what to do about it, in their personal and professional lives. When he isn't trying to change the world of work, he can found enjoying time with his wife and three daughters, playing the trumpet (he spent two years as a professional musician, becoming lead trumpeter of the SA Air Force NSM orchestra) or watching cricket.

Julie Surycz

Julie is a Chartered Accountant and spent 7 years working for a Big Four accounting firm. She worked on major internal and external change initiatives. Julie loves providing techniques, insights and tools to make peoples' jobs and experience of their work more seamless, efficient and enjoyable. While she worked in the 'engine rooms' of large and small clients in the public and private sector, she was astounded at the frustration and despondency experienced by most employees. This ignited her fascination in the sensitive, complex people side of business and the powerful way in which the attitudes and behaviour of staff impact the bottom line. Julie believes it is possible for businesses and their employees to both survive and thrive in the new world of work. Julie is currently studying for a degree in Organisational Psychology.

Keith Coats

As our leadership specialist, Keith's skills lie in his ability to deliver appropriate leadership solutions. Keith has contributed at several international leadership conferences and is a regular expert contributor to the Asia Pacific Leadership Program. The depth of Keith's knowledge and experience in various leadership contexts is a valued treasure in TomorrowToday and has enabled us to craft highly successful, effective and compelling processes for leadership at various levels within organisations. Keith is a leading world expert on leadership and leading diversity.

Pete Laburn

After a very successful corporate career, where he held executive positions in the FMCG and Financial Services industries, Pete built on his strong academic background to develop a unique ability to enable to people and organizations to think strategically and build strategic capability. Over the past 15 years Pete has consulted to more than 100 organizations across 4 continents. His particular strengths are in understanding developing economies, developing strategies that help organizations build resilience in times of rapid change and uncertainty, assessing global trends and their implications for the future, and strategic leadership. His bold contemporary approach balances his strong theoretical understanding of strategy with a refreshing practical approach to developing the ability to think strategically. “Pete doesn’t do strategic planning, he makes strategy live”. Pete is visiting faculty at 3 international business schools, where he lectures on ‘Strategic Thinking’, ‘Building Strategic Capability’, Global Trends and their implications for Organizations, and ‘Reputation and Balancing Stakeholder Relationships’.

Sharon Davidson

Sharon joins the team as a senior consultant having honed her skills over 11 years working for prestigious brands such as NatWest and HBOS. She has a postgraduate degree in strategic marketing and her last position was at Legal & General was as the direct marketing director. She is an energetic and results driven individual who always brings a fresh and fun approach to her client engagements. She is an accomplished speaker and regularly speaks at international conferences as an expert on engaging with generations using direct and new digital media. Being a typical Generation Xer she has travelled around the world, has a large dvd collection, always has a quote ready from Shrek and is addicted to strictly come dancing!
